Frequently Asked Questions ReflexologyDoes it hurt? No. Deep pressure is used during treatment and this pressure can vary with each client.
Does it tickle? No, any tendency towards ticklishness is just superficial tension which quickly dissipates.
How long before I feel any benefit? This depends on the individual and their problems but for any chronic illness an initial set of six session is always advised in order to "kick start" the self-healing process.
Metamorphic Technique
Does it hurt? No. A very light pressure is used on the feet, hands and head which is very pleasant.
How many sessions will I need? This is entirely down to the individual. Just one session could be enough to bring about the change required, or a series of sessions could be required. This differs with every individual.
Is the change lasting? In most cases yes. In some cases it is like peeling an onion to get results. Some clients like to come back for a top-up, but again it is down to the individual.
